In the article on DS about Leon tipping Austin and Laura to win it says he and Austin know each other from Bootcamp last year?

Yeah, Austin auditioned last year and got to Boot Camp but never got any further. Don't think he was shown last year though.

He was not "featured" but I recognised him cos of the Boy/Girlband show. I suspect he was not put through because the boy's category was strongest one last year. This is why I think he's being primed to win this year.

So last year he wasn't good enough to be shown, but this year he is a favourite to win....
Strange.

I met him last year, cool guy. I was surprised he didn't get through but I reckon he was asked to reaudition this year - Simon and co know what they want and when they want it
