Remember Leona's throat problems the week of "I Will Always Love You"? Didn't exactly do her any harm!

Haha! Well, Amy has now had her fair share of throat problems, recently having to cancel several gigs. What an embarrassment for her...after accusing Leon of having 'lazyitis'. PMSL.

Shut the trap, Amy.

Anyway on Alex - best of luck to the lass. She's one of the better singers in the comp this year, IMO. Not my fave but potentially a worthy winner.

To be honest, I think Alex will get through tonight's performance with no problems.

I bet the report is just to hype up tension, making the viewer question whether she will mess up because of her sore throat or whether she can make it through the performance and do herself justice.

She has an amazing voice. I have a feeling she will do just fine.

I hope it doesn't affect her performance. If Steve, Shayne, Leona and Leon can do it, then so can she

There is always one who has "throat problems", one who is worried about "song choice", one who doesn't get on with the judge. It's all to get people watching, its not true!

X-Factor is a soap opera, not a talent contest

lol ..... add to that one who's missing their children, one who goes on a journey, one who can't get up in the morning, one who's landed with the biggest costume faux pas of the series, one who get's lumbered with the rollerskaters who get's lumbered with a naff dance routine.

The fact that their throats/vocal chords are put under pressure and that they are all living in close proximity and working long hours, they all come down with something at some time during the show.
