I noticed that a few members on here were having problems with 3. Well as some one else said the best advice is not to touch 3 with a very long pole. However I signed up to 3 last year and had problems which were resolved by emailing executive.office@three.co.uk

In the subject bar you must put in what its about and mark it for the attenuation of the customer service director or the email will not get a reply. I do have a contact number for them but do not want to post on a open forum so please PM me for that if all else fails.
