Leon's performance last night brings into question what he has been doing the last 10 months.

He was back to his drunk man at a wedding routine which proved popular last year and clearly is not going to make Simon Cowell a fortune

However I still feel sympathy vote/sob story/ alleged cuteness factor means the likes of Daniel, Scott and Eoghan could go a long way and might not be easy to get rid of.

The might have to make the judges vote count right through this year if they overstay their welcome.

Yes I think if anyone other than Rachel, Alexandra, Ruth or Laura wins then it will show that X-Factor isn't a true talent contest. Particularly if one of the young boys wins, it will be obvious he won because of his cuteness and not his voice.

Good. Eoghan is my favourite.

The fact remains that shows like this on the whole don't find real talent. However, it brings in the audience figures for ITV, as long as it does that it will stay with us.

If you're already judging what people should and shouldn't be winning after only one week of live shows, then you're just the kind of blinkered person who does these shows no good at all.

This is after week 1 ffs.
