Wonderwall
![]() again! How on earth could they have thought THAT was even a half decent performance.... There's been some utter crap on XF but surely that has to be one of the worst ever on the live shows - doesn't it?? What actaully amused me slightly is that it wasn't for THAT they got voted out! |

It came across as the girl with the long blonde hair made all the decisions and believed that she could save them by screaming the words to wonderwall.

The strange thing was that when they sung it in bootcamp it was actually pretty good. Then with backing music, on the live show they totally fell apart. A shame really.

I thought they were attrocious, and am at a complete loss when some of my friends reckon it was "really good"
![]() Girlband weren't amazing by any stretch of the imagination, but I thought they frankly p!ssed over Bad Lashes' efforts.

I thought the worst ever (even including Leon's from last year which is saying summat) was the Ricky Gervais lookalike. So feeble. You have to have the sob story quotient, obviously, but there's no disguising his awful thin voice.

I was looking forward to seeing Bad Lashes on the live shows, and I thought their performance of Wonderwall at bootcamp was pretty good - dunno what went wrong on Saturday, it was totally cringeworthy

The problem was there was no harmonising either. It was just the kind of sound you here when girls are singing songs on the bus home from school.
To then be presented with that mess was something of a shock to say the least. I didn't think it could actually get that bad without trying ![]() I already thought the wrong group had gone through out of the two 'similar' girl bands and frankly that just confirmed it! |

Bad Lashes were awful, that T Shirt thing one girl looked really naff like it was left over from the auditions/bootcamp. It looked scruffy IMO. It Must Have Been love was sung terribly which is a shame, as I love that song.

I prefer Bad Lashes to GirlBand, I don't even think their performance was that bas as you say, but they deserved to go as they had the least amount of votes.

I wouldn't say it was the worst performance ever by a long way. IMO, that would have to be that band from two series ago (can't remember the name, but one of them, Anthony I think, had a really high voice) who covered the scissor sisters.

Wonderwall, totally!
On other shows it would have to be that cutie one ( ) from Joseph who murdered Patience, although it was funny AND painful to watch!

I still think they were a better band than Girlband. Oh and agree with you on your views on Anthony Hansens performance of Patience. It was quite painful to watch bless him oh and he is a cutie too. I met him when he was playing Pharaoh in the Joseph UK Tour(he done a great job so did Craig Chalmers as Joseph) anyways he is cute but at 18 or 19 or whatever age he is i should be ashamed of myself but anyway WOW![]() ![]()

I don't like any of the girl groups. They lack warmth and chemistry and whoever is styling them is doing a God-awful job of it so far.
I doubt any of them will win. |
