Can anyone recommend any compatible accessories for the new/2nd Generation iPod Touch?

The first thing I'm looking for is a case, but I'm also interested in other accessories, including:-

USB synchronisation/charging dock

FM transmitter

Headphones which control the volume and ideally change tracks.
