Shinco power problem

Hi Guys,
I have a Shinco SDP 1720A Portable DVD player which i purchased some time ago from Amazon. All of a sudden the unit will not charge from both the mains lead or the cigarette lighter connection. I e-mailed Amazon and they gave me an address to contact but have had no response. i even tried Shinco in the Far East and they haven't replied. Does anybody know where i can go to take the player to have it looked at as at present it is useless. I live in Worcester.

You bought it from Amazon, the retailer is entirely responsible for any problems - contact them.
