Four new dance styles next week

Jitterbug (I'd think they'd have to do the straddle lifts though usually DwtS has no lifts till the final as there's no American Smooth or Argentine Tango), West Coast Swing (which Alec described as a slow Jive), the "Hustle" which I think is some kind of Disco, and Salsa (which has never been one of the competition dances on DwtS before.)

The new female pro, Lacey Schwimmer, is a champion in West Coast Swing. Let's hope she gets that next week because this week she sure proved she can't do a Tango -- and I don't just mean she can't do the choreography -- I thought her dancing was crap.

I only liked Brooke, whose Samba was fabulous, imo, and Toni, who was really great but had a slip-up with her feet that threw her off for a bit or she would have been right up there with Brooke. She's not polling well on the online sites (AOL, "votenumber1" and DialIdol) so I'm worried she's gonna be a shocking elimination quite early but I sure hope it's not this week because there are some very crappy dancers still in it (Rocco, Cloris, Maurice, I think Cody's pretty bad and Susan's dull -- watch them all outlast Toni )

I actually want Rocco to stay a bit longer. I really enjoy watching him & Karina even if he's not the best dancer.

You're right Susan is boring. To me Cody is fake & I want him gone (I can't stand Julianne either). To me though Cloris should go to tonight.

I agree about Susan being boring, but I find Brooke a bit dull too. Technically amazing but dull.

I'm throwing most of my votes at Warren. He's defied expectations, is really enthusiastic about all his dances and is just great fun to watch on and off the dance floor.

Interesting that it looks as if Clorky did a 'straight' dance this week going off their score.

I gave my votes to Rocco last night. My ideal finals would be Brooke,Warren & Toni. I wanted Misty in the mix but since she's out then I want those 3 preferably with Brooke winning.
