MY OH wants fish for tea and I got some Basa fish as I never tried it before. But I dont know how to cook it and would like a good recipe for it.

So all advice on how to cook and what to use would be great.

Thank you

Ha! I've never heard of them, but apparently they're a type of catfish.

I don't like catfish much so I'd do it Cajan style to ensure it has lots of flavour. There's a Gordon Ramsey recipe here.

Where did you get the fish from? Let us know what you managed to cook!

I'm not sure if it is the same as catfish. I have been getting these from youngs for awhile and really like them. It is a form of whitefish so similar to cod fillets.

You could just thor it out and coat it in flour and then fry it.

What I do is wrap it in foil and cook in and then in a pan melt some butter, garlic and parsey together and pour that over the top
