Samsung LE40A676 LCD Television
I have been looking for a new tv and I am interested in a Samsung,I know they have now added series 7,8 and 9 to their 40inch plus range.I have noticed that reviews of these and of the LE40A676 state they have a HD Ready Freeview tuner is this correct? Do you think this is true and are other makes including this tuner in their TVs.

If you mean they have a Freeview Tuner so therefore it is HD ready then yes, if you mean does it have an HD Freeview Tuner then no I'm afraid, at least Samsung does not mention it & I'm sure they would if it was fact

No services yet, so no need for any tuners - some Sony models do have HD DTT tuners, but it's for the French system, not any possible future UK one.
