First of all, I think she is a great singer but after this year's Big Brother I just keep thinking of Belinda Belinda Belinda.

Anyone else or is it just me...

When she sang 'Back to Black' at bootcamp she reminded me of Belinda a wee bit.

Yeah I think it's when I felt that was a bit Belinda-esque. I think she is trying for Nu-Jazz but without it, she's really great.

I think this week she will steal the show because I think there is little room to put some be-wop and scatting in most of Michael Jackson's songs.

But aren't they both being influenced by Cleo Laine?

Not yet, but in twenty years she is right there. I hope she reads this and heeds your warning.

Belinda Belinda Belinda reminded me of Mavis Cruitt from Willo The Wisp.

Belinda was funny though, with all that singing. Gone too soon...

She sings brilliantly without it too. I remember on Saturday she started with it which didn't sound so great until she started singing and only Diana and Ruth were up against her performance and singing wise.

He was their fan wasn't he? Didn't really work brilliantly.

I am sure out of Amy Winehouse, Belinda Belinda Belinda and Joss Stone - Laura will make the right choice and Dee-Wop her way to the record contract.

She was up against Rex though, who at that time was a quality housemate and was needed to get rid of the Whisper Club. She didn't deserve to be booed as much as she was though.

Still, she has got legendary housemate all over her now so that's a good thing.

She did stall the whisper club removal for one week.

I suppose if you've never actually heard a jazz singer before, it might.

I've heard myself and I used to play piano and sing in a Jazz Bar.
