Hi All,

I am looking to get a decent coffee machine soon & I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good 1. It must have a milk steaming / frothing pipe & if possible a bean crusher.

Many Thanks

Depends how much money you want to spend ?
What is your budget ?
We have a fully automated Krups XP9000, which is a bean to cup machine, and makes automatic capuccino and latte at the press of a button. Also it only needs emptying every 20 coffees and tells you when it needs descaling.
Krups also do a smaller version which is cheaper but still grinds from bean to cup, with no tamping needed.
I have had this machine too and was very pleased with it.

Hi there,

I am willing to spend about £150 but if I can get a decent 1 for a bit cheaper with the steaming / frothing pipe then even better. Have just seen the price of the model you suggested & quite out of my price range sadly lol.

I started off with just a little one too - and then it becomes like an addiction. You will probably not get an automatic grinding one for that price, but they do make good coffee as long as they have 15 bars or pressure.
Also, you can buy a separate grinder ( I did at that point) for about £30 from De Longhi. You just have to make sure it is a burr grinder and not one with blades, as otherwise it burns your coffee.

I wouldn't bother with a machine.

Bialetti Mocha Express, a glass milk jug and a battery- powered frother give excellent results.
