Panasonic TX32LXD52 "locked" channel?

Hi,
I have a Panasonic TX32LXD52 and last night while watching ITV on the digital channel. It was "locked" for some reason. IE. unable to change channels on the digital channel, unable to use text or any other features. Though was able to switch to analogue and AV but when switch back to Digital it was still "locked". So turned it off from the switch and it was fine but then again the same thing happened!

Was this a fault with the broadcasting or has one of my young children inadvertly "activated" the locked channel?!
