Scart sound Really quiet
Hi
I have issues with the volume level on my tv via the AV/Scart lead.. can any one suggest any method of increasing the volume without turning TV up full. |

first thing i always do is make sure the scart lead is pushed in fully.
done it loads of times - couldn't figure out why the telly was quiet or had no volume and realised the scart lead had come out. |

Has it always been that way or has it changed recently?
Have you increased the volume on the Digifusion? My Sony TV has a menu option to adjust the audio gain individually for each source, so you could set AV1 to be louder than the aerial etc. Check for that. |

It might be worth checking which sockets the SCART is connected to. Also have a look at the pin ends of the cable to look for bent pins.
Try the SCART cable the other way round. If no joy then borrow another SCART from somewhere an try that.

In your profile you say you have Sky. Have you gone into Services on your digibox and then into Audio Setup to see what level the volume output of the box is?
