I've lost my scales! How heavy is one biscuit or how many would make up 100g? Thanks!

I made a cheesecake this week and 275g of digestive biscuits worked out at 18 or 19 biscuits. The week before I used chocolate digestives and this worked out at 14 biscuits.

I don't have any now to check for you but I would guess less than 7???

What's the total weight of the pack? Divide it up.

Well I used 8 but it didn't seem enough so I added a couple more and a few Hobnobs, it's for one of those chilled Malteser cakes, I just need crossed fingers that it'll set now!

Ooops! just noticed I need 225g of digestives, oh well, hopefully the hobnobs will bulk it out a bit!

I use clingfilm, easy peasy to remove and fast!

Yes it is, but I would just eat it of the block! OJ, I cut it into cubes and take a chunk each time I pass the fridge!
