Low Calorie Beer?
Does such a thing exist? I love my beer, infact its the only alcoholic drink I will drink, However it does my waste line no good. I read somewhere that the beer itself doesn't make you fat, its the burgers and rubbish you eat after a night out that puts the weight on, Dont know if there is any truth in that or not but anyway, Are there any low calorie beers out there?

Why not just enjoy normal beer and go to the gym to counter the calories, if you don't already go. |

Around here the only places that sell it are a couple of dodgy social clubs. Never seen it in a town centre pub or bar.

I'm sure holsten pils lager is low calorie
just remember being told that, although I don't really have any facts to back it up.

Alcohol itself is full of calories... The lower the alcohol content the lower the calories generally. So when it comes to beer, light ones are lower in calories..
