Yep, Lisa's doing the Tango. And all couples are now doing a different dance, obviously one the haven't done before, but who gets what.....???

I wonder who is doing a waltz. That was the highest marked dance last year for many of the couples so wonder if it'll be the same this year.
I have a feeling Jodie and Ian or Cherie and James might do it.

It was hard enough judging the couples with two difference dances let alone 10! I know they do it for variety, I'm not sure 10 VW would be such a hit, but

I wonder if they all got to choose as they seem to be doing dances which suit them. Heather's been dying to do the chacha so if she gets that I'm going to assume the couples had some say this week.

Cherie has done 2 ballroom and 2 latin so she could do either. I'd love to see her doing the waltz or VW. Austin has also done 2 ballroom and 2 latin but as his alst dance was ballrooom I'm sure he'll do a latin - maybe salsa? I'd like to see Rachel tackle the rumba, and Jodie the QS. Andrew is due a latin but I can't imagine him being particularly good at the samba or jive so he can have any of them - he'll probably end up at the bottom of the leaderboard whatever he dances.

Weirdly, the one I'm least confident about there is Tom - he seems a bit uncertain of the paso at the moment.

Process of elimination here then:

Rachel & Vincent: Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Rumba (eliminating Waltz because they just did VW and some others because they're confirmed for other couples) - 2 of each so far

Andrew & Ola: Rumba, Samba, Quickstep, Salsa (3 ballroom, 1 latin so far)

Austin & Erin: Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Quickstep, Salsa (2 of each so far)

Cherie & James: Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Waltz, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Salsa (2 of each so far)

Arlene was saying on The Friday Panel how difficult it was to judge fairly two different dance styles side by side. How on Earth are they going to manage with 10???

Tom seems a bit uncertain about everything at the moment .

In the past the last 4 weeks have been 3 weeks with 2 dances each and then the final . I wonder will that still be the case as we are only on week 8 of 15.
Surely tyey wil run out of dances as each couple has 5 dances left of the ten standard dances , plus the AT and possibly the mambo .

That's only 7 and to have 2 dances from week 12 to 14 needs 10 dances .

If John is doing hte foxtrot he should be safe with that. I think Tom will be O.K with the Paso

I agree with that, although I don't think we'll see a Heather/Brian cha cha cha simply because it's so similar in tone to what they already did. So, perhaps:
