I've only heard them live via youtube but others have said Miles is rubbish live- cos he can't sing, but i imagine seeing the orchestra must be pretty special.

Amazing band!!
Was lucky enough to see them at Reading Festival!! Blew me away with the orchestra, Miles' singing live is fine, if you like Alex Turners voice, I cant see hwo you can't also enjoy Miles', theyre practically identical. When I first heard the album I was a little dissapointed, but the more ive listened to it the more they grow on me. Age of the understatement can only truely be appreciated live!!! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mNKKG0xAD9k |

I saw them in Leeds a couple of weeks ago and thought they were fantastic and sound even better live than on the album. The band itself was really tight, and of course the orchestra added to the whole vibe. Miles doesn't have as good a voice as Alex but he has a very contagious energy about him which more than makes up for it.
