Family friendly surround sound for multiple devices

All,
for some time now I have been thinking that I need meatier sound out of my set up. I have a Sharp Aquos 1080 panel, Virgin + HD, PS3 and Xbox 360 wired together (all HDMI straight in to the telly) and a panasonic HDD/ DVD recorder which I still use for multi region DVDs and would love to get a surround sound solution that does not have lots of wires trailing.

I have been considering wireless rear speakers or possibly a soundbar type setup, but they all come with an inbuilt DVD player (which I don't need) and often with very little scope for piping 3 audio sources in.

Ideally, I'd like a good sounding sound bar with 3 HDMIs in and one out, i.e. hooking all the video sources up to the one central box. Having the DVD player on surround is secondary...

Is there anything out there that would fit the bill? I have not been able to find anything, so any help greatly appreciated.

Have a look at the Sony HtSS1300. It has three HDMI in, no DVD player and will also give you HD audio from your PS3. I also believe ther is an option/version which allows wireless rear speakers.

You do realise that wireless speakers still require a power lead to them? so they are not truly wireless.

Thanks - will have a look.

Yup - I realise the rear speakers still need power. It's just running them across the room as we have no carpets to tug cables under.

I came across this Sony Soundbar HT-CT 100, which looks perfect, but doesn't seem to be available in Europe. Has anyone come across that?
