I'm wavering towards not bothered.

On paper she had the best partner out of the three newcomers, youngest, fittest and a good looking bloke, but just failed to find anything to work with - every routine was either dull or messy and just didn't inspire at all, not sure if they just lacked chemistry, she's not the best teacher when given a challenging pupil, or Mark just was that bad and no one could have done any better.

no sadly didn't inspire at all, Kristina and Brian have really made their mark, though i didn't think they were great straight away ( takes me a while to decide who i like!)

i think the fact bruce called her Kristina on the resultsw show, shows how little she has impacted.

sorry Hayley i think your time is up

I'd hope the BBC will realise their mistake in adding more couples to the show and reduce the line-up next year, in which case I think poor Hayley'll be first in line for the door.

That said, I disagree that Hayley got the best draw of the three new pros - particularly because not only could Mark not dance, he didn't have a huge amount of personality to draw on either, so they couldn't draw the pair of them into the limelight at all.

I don't think we saw enough of Hayley to make a judgement either way on her skills or otherwise.

No, serious personality bypass!

It depends:

If they continue having 16 (or 20 couples!!!) next year then yes as we have really only seen Brian and Kristina this year. But if they do reduce the numbers (fingers crossed) to 14 then I think she should be one that is dropped.

No, sorry but just don't feel she gave it her all or encouraged Mark as much as she could. No bond whatsoever

Hayley got quite a raw deal though! Her and Mark didn't get half as much support on ITT as the other couples did and even when they were showing the training footage, it seemed to focus more on the "help" which she got in for Mark - John Barrowman and that boxer - than on her teaching and her comments on Mark. We've not been able to find out anything about Hayley; we know that Kristina is kind and patient and Brian sweet and supportive, but Hayley has been allowed to sink into the shadows. Shame really. But I do hope that she comes back next year.

Yes. Unless she has upset all and sundry (which I'm sure she hasn't) she should certainly get a second go.

No no no! Bad dancer, bad choreographer. Haven't liked her personality either.

Christ no ...
She was a complete waste of space. Made the BBC look stupid for ever replacing Nicole.

She can't cherograph a decent routine yet and her music choices are awful. I would like to give her a second chance though to see if she can improve.

I don't think she's made as much of an impact as Brian or Kristina, but I don't think she's been given as big a chance to do so (less pro performances, lacklustre partner with quiet personality). On that basis, I'll say yes. I'd like to see what she can do.

Get rid of Karen and bring back Nicole

Yes sure, would like to see a bit more of her before having her booted off.

No. No. No.

Her dancing and choreography wasn't up to much, she's hardly done any of the pro dances. I'd much rather have Nicole back! Plus Karen's leaving anyway.

I'd rather they'd got someone like Karina from DWTS. Brian and Kristina have gone down so well here, they've done all the right things, made all the right impressions, Hayley just..well she faded into the background.

I quite agree. She has had an uphill struggle with Mark, and she seems to be a quieter person, like Erin. She could do so much better with a good partner.

I think Mark has to take some responsibility for their failed partnership - it takes two to Tango as they say

Lets perform a thought experiment: Kristina is partnered with Mark, Hayley is partnered with John.

Kristina will again craft the most ingenious choreography to make telegraph pole Mark look good and charming, every move tailored to his capabilities. Her warmth will make him feel not bottom of the class.

Hayley will dance with John the same way as she danced with Mark. Paunchy John will look baffled and all at sea not knowing which way to turn. Hayley will do her own thing giving the audience the feeling that she herself is dancing fine.

In his first year, Matthew Cutler was voted off in Week 1 and then two years later he went on to win the show and is now one of the most popular pro dancers. I still think that Hayley deserves a second chance. After spilling the beans to the News of the World, I wouldn't bet on seeing Nicole on the show ever again.

Perhaps a more experienced pro might have been able to disguise Marks gangliness a bit better?

Matthew Cutler is a former dance world champion, Hayley is a part-time model and snowboard instructor. Where is the similarity?

As for former world champion Nicole Cutler, she is in a different league to Hayley.

All depends if the BBC see her as a talking point. Love him or hate him Brendan for example is a talking point. Hayley is a little meh. Which is a shame as I quite liked her.

Matthew's first SCD wasn't exactly a runaway success, yet he was asked back and he proved everyone wrong and became one of the most popular professionals. I'm just saying that some people shouldn't be written off after just one series.

Hayley might not be a world champion, but she's no slouch either. She just got a raw deal. It wasn't her fault that the BBC didn't ask Nicole back. She was just trying to do the best job she could.
