I have a project where I have to make a radio show and does anybody know of any software where I can put together and edit different audio clips and things to make one long sound file (radio show) how i want it?

you can get adobe premiere for video editing but what is the best software for audio editing?

I use Creative Wave Studio to manipulate Wav files, it comes bundled with Creative sound cards and should suit your needs.

I would also recommend Adobe Audition, as I use it a lot for my pro sound work.

CoolEdit Pro is pretty much an industry standard where i've worked - it's a fantastic piece of software and handles sequencing as well as complex editing and DSP functions.

But Adobe have a strong case. Audition is as good as Premiere IMO.
