In no particular order...

Michael Jackson - You Rock my World. I dunno what it is, but it's just such a great video. Not as epic as Scream, Black or White or Earth Song (also all amazing), but it's still great. It's so over the top but he's quite funny in it at the start.

Madonna - Human Nature. Such an underrated song and video. That bit when she spanks the dog is great

Garbage - Push It

Pet Shop Boys - Go West. The campest video ever made. It's so cheap and tacky, but it love it!

Christina Aguilera - Fighter. She's got several great videos, but this is my favourite. It's so dark and creepy, and her outfits are wild.

Pink - So What. I know it's new, but it's become one of my favorites. I'll put Stupid Girls in my list too - Unlike some artists in her position she totally knows how to take the piss of others whilst also being able to take the piss out of her herself.

I don't have much interest in music videos, so I can only think of a couple at the moment:

It's a bit of a cliche, but Blur - Coffee & TV is fab. I'm not much of a Blur fan, but I love this video and song.

Queens of the Stone Age - Monsters in the Parasol. My favourite QOTSA video, shows their bizarre sense of humour and fits the song perfectly.

When I saw your list I thought " Oh great, I'm gonna have to click on every damn one of those... thanks Turquoise!" But I'm glad I did. Great list!
