Help - about 1/10th of the left hand side of the screen isn't reposnding to touch

Is it the i pod touch you are refering to or another device any info is helpful

Do you have your iPod Touch (if this is what you are referring to) in a case of some sort?

I once read a review on Amazon (forget where it was now) and one user was complaining that the case meant that when he pressed some letters down the left hand side, nothing happened.

Yup, i have it in a case, i thought of that too and took the case off, but it still didn't work :/
Also, i have restored it, and still nothing.

And it is the iPod Touch, sorry!

If it really is part of the screen thats lost it's touch sensitivity, it's not something you can repair yourself. Chances are it a dud unit.

Take it back.
