I've just spent the last half hour converting one of my music DVDs to iPod H.264 format. I then find that iTunes won't let me copy them onto my iPod Touch as it says they aren't in the right format. iTunes itself has no problem importing and playing them.

I'm using the PQ DVD software on a Vista machine. The software has inbuilt profiles for converting, but me being me, thought I'd try and tweak things to get the best quality rather than standard quality. Obviously I got things a bit wrong.

Can someone list the highest format settings that an iPod Touch can handle ie image size, bit rate etc.
