Just a quick question if anyone will know - I've never been to a stadium concert before just the normal arena concerts and I was wondering if anyone knew how they did the seating arrangements. I want to go to the one at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland and know that Oasis are playing there a few days after - I've had a look at their tickets and it says General Admission then they go into the tiers. Does General Admission mean standing (on the pitch I assume) and then you pay extra for sitting where people would normally sit for a football match? Am confused......just don't want to spend ages trying to work it out on the day and then not get decent seats. Also I've heard a few concerts do a thing called the Golden Circle where a front part is sectioned off - can you buy these tickets or are they for "special" people??

Thanks to anyone who can help

General Admission is standing. (GA) Gold circle is the best to be, this is also standing and is a cordoned off section right at the front. I have been to a lot of stadium concerts and am always ready at 9.00 a.m. on the dot with browser windows open with all the ticket agencies. As yet I have never had a sniff at Gold Circle. To me they are the Holy Grail, I just think it's down to luck as I couldn't do anymore than Im doing.

Good luck tho for Friday. It will be crazy I can guarantee!!
