I'd love to have a Kuro but too expensive and I can't justify paying out that much so I've decided on a Panny.
Just wanted some advice on the best one to go for I still watch a fair bit of SD and would like the picture to be best possible.
I sit about 9.5 ft from the screen and I want a 50 inch model to put on the wall.
I have looked at a few in the shops and the picture to me has always looked great hence not paying for a kuro.
Just wated to hear from anyone who has one at home and how well do you think it handels SD.

thanks for any replies.

PZ81 or 800. Both give excellent pq and the 81 has freesat to get you started with HD pictures. The 800 has a better pq but also looks stunning and has awsome sound.
If you are running a home cinema system I would be tempted to stick to the 81 instead.

I have a 42" PZ81 and its very good for SD, not seen the 800 so cant comment if its better than the 81, but I'm more than happy with the 81 for hd and sd content

Thanks lads I like the look of the PZ81 but it means running another feed from the LNB which I already have 4 coming from.
Could be the PZ800 for me then
