Blackberry Hotmail problem
Hi
I hope someone can help me with this. I have had a blackberry for a few months - all working well and mainly lined to my personal hotmail account. Suddenly at the end of last week all emails to my hotmail account (when viewed on the blackberry) are showing in html format - ie loads of code and you will find the body of the text within it and then loads more text. I took it into O2 shop yesterday and they said they had never seen anything like it and recommended I backed it up, wiped it and restored. I have not done that yet, but have just tried to send a message to my o2email.co.uk email address and came through absolutely fine. Any ideas anybody as to how I can fix this without having to wipe it please!!!! |
