Nope, but there's MSN music, which offers a similar thing.

I haven't seen anywhere that says it WON'T be available out side the USA.

The main problem is the range of tracks available (500,000) is still WAY to limited unless you like songs and bands that have regularly hit the Top 20.

Well radio 1 said that it wouldn't be available outside the USA yesterday, so I was going on that.

Napster ? *Yawn*
It was classic at the time, but If you compared the old napster to the latest Kazza, youd find Its very poor!

I did used to like the music organiser/player on It though

i know - i don't wht the record co's just don't spend their energies flooding the P2P things with dodgy tracks.

as most users are probably casual users, they'd soon get fed up with the whole thing and bother less and less with it.

and in tandem to this, get something like the MSN Music or Napster up and running, with entire back catalogues (or as near as possible) made availavle at a sensible price.

far better and more positive than all this court action nonsense.

of course people will always want things for free, but more importantly they just don't want to be ripped off.
