Another idea for a tv feature

How about putting the remote sensor on tv's at the top so when a centre speaker is put in front of the tv the sensor isn't blocked???? (like mine is)!!!

alternatively why not have three sensors along he bottom, left, middle and right. One on the top is also a good idea.

Or why not just not put your speaker blocking the sensor?

Trouble is the centre speaker of the 3 front speakers needs to be ...in the centre

It doesn't need to be blocking the sensor - most sensors are more towards the side of the TV though.

Fit the speaker lower down if it's in the way, or even above the TV.

I thought it would fit on the top shelf of the tv stand on top of my cd player ( least tallest of all my components) the gap looked big enough, but alas it wasn't....Above the tv? , could do if I hang it from the ceiling with a bit of string.
