Philips DVP5980 - does it play avis via usb or not?
Hello - i'm very confused. I've asked Philips who say it only plays mp3s and jpgs via usb. And i've found lots of posts on forums. Some say it will, some say it won't.
Can anyone say why there is this confusion and categorically what the answer is? Thanks. |

Absolutely 100% yes, and it does a great job of it. Hope that helps. GC Quote:

Thanks for all the replies. It seems strange that Philips don't seem to know the features of their player, but not altogether surprising.
