Post here when you have some clues what they're singing rathar than a theory.

Having just watched Daniel's diary entry i'm pretty convinced he's doing "don't leave me this way"

Diana is doing a song by a band and it's a band she's a big fan of, Ruth is doing something that's not really up her alley but it is very powerful, Alex isn't really happy with her song choice and jls haven't given any clues to what they're doing

The others haven't put up their diarys yet

Wonder if Ruth is doing Donna Summer - Last Dance, Mc Arthur Park...both have powerful vocal parts.

Theory

Can't think of a disco song that Diana could sing, can only think of a song she can wave her hands about to

Me neither although there is alot of speculation that she will sing Heart of glass by Blondie.

Diana would be so awesome singing Yes Sir I Can Boogie. The vocal on that song has so much room for her quirky antics. It would be perfect for her.

Id love to see Ruth sing MacArthur Park (my song!). She would own it!

I don't think she said it's a band, she said it was one of her favourite artists which she referred to as "they". Probably so as not to reveal whether male, female - or band.

Eoghan will get a safe song, not too demanding in case he screws it up

Alexandra has said about the song she's singing that it is one she has sung once before in public, and therefore knows it well. Any idea what this song could be?

The Sun article used the word "boogie", is that a clue that she is singing something like "Yes Sir, I Can Boogie", "Blame It On The Boogie", "Boogie Nights"....?

I hope no one is singing that song this year. It seems to be cursed.... Besides it's over-used.... I wish they would choose some songs that haven't been used in these shows for a long long time.
