Luff her.”

I thought the dance was painful to watch but I just want to point out that James didn't do the choreography. They had an expert in during the week. Looks like he made it too difficult.

In Cherie's defence she is 56. I hope I am that good at dancing when I am that age.

But then I thought Cherie was the same tonight to be honest. Andrew was dire but his dance had more fun to it that either of the two women.”

Very disappointed in Heather tonight but I thought the judges were more than generous to Cherie. It was a slow tempo for a Salsa and how could Craig give it '6' when it was completely wooden.

I thought Tom's Paso was decidedly odd (more with Len than the others) but otherwise I agreed with the judges.

I loved Jodi's Waltz and was underwhelmed by Christine.

Good grief...her age is not mitigating. She has lots of dance training and natural dance ability. The reason she was rubbish was not age-related but her inability to let herself go to the music.

She has to be judged by the same criteria as the others as does John.

Yes I do agree and she was not very good tonight. Quite strange to see her beneath Christine and Jodie on the leader board though.

My thoughts

Cherie How over marked was that dance she went wrong loads not just once no bounce no fun.

John I can't even watch smug terrible

Tom hated the facial expression but loved the dance thought the cape was great.

Rachel I love the jive its my fave dance but there is just something about her she just doesn't excite doesn't wow me

Jodie how great was that waltz dress a bit dodgy but great partnership

Lisa great great great

Austin very enjoyable not sure a 10

Christine better than last week

Andrew I thought the same as the judges a Paso start bit strange not great was it I fear a dance off

Heather I really will her to do well but she just doesn't do it love Brians choreography but she just can't do it on the night.

I have to ask - what did you thnk of Bruno's fantastic leg extensions tonight! I loved the look on the other judges faces!

Classic telly!

Right my take on the night.

Thought that Christine and Matt's AS was really sweet, a seven from me. I think she needs to let go a bit more and she didn't perform as well as we know she can. Also she needs to finish her leg lines and stuff but I think she can correct that like she did with her frame and hands.

Tom and Cam.... it looked Robotic and I couldn't help but laugh at his paso face. Also Camilla seemed to be doing a lot of the work with him just standing there. 7 again.

Rachel and Vincent... a bit bland. Too much posing on the floor and not much of a performance. Agree with Len. 7 again.

Lisa and Brendan... wow! Fantastic! But the kickball things weren't good so 8.

Austin and Erin. It felt a bit laboured at times and not that exciting so 8 again.

Jodie and Ian... My favourite dance of the night. It had such a great story and the choreography was brilliant, I can see why it wasn't technically perfect but my favourite dance of the night and possibly the whole series so an 8+

John and Kristina.... aww bless them. They are sweet and his tie matched his dress... however it didn't blow me away so a 5.

Andrew and Ola.... he has the potential, I really think he does! But he was just a bit scared of making a prat out of himself. A 5.

Heather and Brian. At times brilliant at times bad.... she makes really weird faces at times too... but when it was good it was great but when it was bad it was bad. a 6.

Cherie and James... I actually found it a bit awkward to watch at times as I felt Cherie was a bit lost. It wasn't technically perfect or performance perfect. Her hand movements that are so elegant seemed out of place too. A 5.

Brucie I found a bit homophobic tonight... I don't know if it was just me.

Bruno on top form, loved him breaking into the splits. Mark wise he was a okay... apart from 9 to Rachel.
Len agreed with a lot in terms of the comments but not in terms of the marks. How he could give ten to Austin....
Arlene... well she was okay today.
Craig was the judge I agreed most with.

I think John is still too popular with the public to be in the bottom two, so I predict Andrew and Heather. I can see after tonight Heather is never going to relax on the dance floor. Those legs were so wooden.

Yes but when its at the expence of someone who is better then that is not very fair.

Cut and pasted from elsewhere...

I'd like Andrew to go as his dance was not even entertaining enough to warrant a sympathy vote, but I don't know if Heather can improve any further. She wanted to stay in to do the chacha to this song so maybe it's time for her to go? I feel terrible saying this as I had high hopes for her, but I don't enjoy watching the judges tear their dances to pieces so I won't be too sad if she's voted off. I'd miss them though, especially Brian who is probably now my joint favourite pro with Kristina and Matthew.

Talking of Matthew, I was a bit disappointed with their AS. I really expected a wow dance but although the choreography was lovely, it just had that look of "last day of training" about it. I know many will disagree but there's something about their dance floor partnership that isn't working as well as it should for me. They clearly get on great and look very promising in training (apart from paso week) so something must happen on show night that just doesn't quite come together.

Contrast that to Jodie who I think I'm going to vote for tonight. She's getting better and better, and her great relationship with Ian transfers brilliantly onto the dancefloor. I thought they were criminally undermarked tonight and I would have given them 4 nines.

Cherie's salsa disappointed me. Such a shame as I really like this partnership, and I'm torn as I want to see her do a ballroom dance next week, but I feel guilty voting for a dance I didn't enjoy.

I rather enjoyed John's dance even though it wasn't technically good, but I wonder if his time is up. This often doesn't happen until a contender is eliminated, so he may have a week or so left on the show as people are going to vote for him if they think it's Andrew's time to leave.

I thoroughly enjoyed Lisa's tango and I think it deserved the marks it got. I may vote for her especially with Brendan being such a good sport about Jodie's waltz.

I wasn't as wowed by Austin's QS as I thought I'd be. I would have given him nines, so the final score would've been the same anyway. However I think he deserved to top the leaderboard and I'm pleased for him. I think it was very good technically but Erin's choreography didn't wow me.

Finally, Tom and Camilla. I couldn't see beyond that ridiculous paso face and I half expected "faith" or "careless whispers" to start as he really reminded me of George Michael! He did a good job though, although I would have put him behind Jodie.

Edit:

Rachels' jive disappointed me. All very neat and tidy but it lacked bite for me, as have all her dances. I actually completed this review without this paragraph and only added it in when I counted everyone and realised I'd talked about only 9 couples - that's what often happens with Rachel. I said at the start that I couldn't imagine what she could do to make me pick up the phone. She reminds me of those perfect girlfriends in sci-fi comedies - seduces a geek who can't believe his luck, then when his back is turned, her eyes go flourescent green as she contacts HQ with a "mission accomplished" message...

I thoroughly enjoyed the show and I'll be sad to see anyone leave as I like them all! I think Heather will be in the bottom 2 with either Cherie or Andrew. I think Heather vs Andrew could go either way but anyone with Cherie is of course toast.

On second thoughts, I'm not going to vote tonight. I'll save my pennies for the business end of the competition

If any of the Judge's are to be replaced next year, I certainly hope it is not Craig and Bruno!

Tonight I will vote for Jodie because I loved her routine and Heather because there is no way she should go before John and Andrew.

However if John's fans and/or Andrew's keep them out of the dance off I can't scream unfair - those same fans are paying the bill.

He who pays the phone bill calls the tune.

I would swap Len please... I would miss him on ITT but his overmarking is pathetic.

If I got a 8 from Len I'd think "aye ok" butif I got an 8 from Craig I'd know I'd have earned it.

No one wants good marks out of sympathy. Well I know I wouldn't anyway.

Marking wise, Craig is the one I agree mostly with....

My issue with Heather, Christine and Tom (tonight) is that they view the judges comments as a personal attack. Jodie appears to view it as advice, she works on what they tell her and comes back for more.

Heather still does not close her feet -it drives me nuts when I watch her!

Tom seems to think that his choices for his personal life should give him more leeway than the others, and C behaves as if no-one has ever critised her before - "punched me in the stomach"??? get a grip!
