Appreciation threads

Wouldn't it be easier if they were in separate folders as I have to sift through them to find the other threads.
Does anyone else find this annoying, or is it just me?

They do this on the BB Forums.

I emailed the mod's requesting them to make an Appreciation sub-forum but no reply.

I agree, for what it's worth.

Yes, they would be easier to find then. I also think hate threads should be banned - okay so I've made no secret of the fact that I don't like Rachel and, to my shame, I have posted in some of these threads - but thinking about it, it is cruel to start a dislike thread isn't it?

Alternatively, we could have a folder for past contestants, and leave the main page for the current x factor

I don't have any problem with it. Excellent contestants will last such as Rhydian but the wannables will disappear as soon as the show finishes.

It would keep them all together though, for this year as well, plus less tempting for non-appreciators to pop in, and easier for people who just want to appreciate not to have to scroll through 28 negative thread titles about their favourite.

Anyway, they won't do it from what I can gather.

I agree with the top one but the BB section has almost 50 odd appreciation threads and X Factor has about 10 at the most active ones.

The second one I agree with too. Eventually contestants will fade away. Also there are very few original threads until the live show and then it fades during the week.

It's unlike Big Brother where daily talking points lead to relevant and significan threads. It's a different form of Reality show.

I emailed the mods about having a separate appreciation forum a couple of weeks ago, and got a reply agreeing it was a good idea

obviously the hamsters here need feeding more!

We know how this will go.

1. Mods will ask us to email them with any suggestions
2. Lock the topic
3. Nothing happens :\

Why bother? Don't you think we have enough big brothers monitoring in life? Let's keep a little bit of freedom we have.
