I thought all the professionals got the same amount of money?

On another note, loved the Anton and Flavia dance, was kind of strange seeing them dance together! Hangbags and Gladrags performance great too.

Thought Andrew's speach was so nice. I always thought Ola seemed kind of mean to him, and when it showed them in the clip where he hurt his knee last week, she looked like she couldn't care less!

I absolutely agree - he was also very amusing to watch doing that 'dance'. He really can't dance, it was exactly how I would 'dance' - really dreadfully!! But he seemed to really enjoy it, so good for him!!!!

Do Bruce and Tess go around at the end and try and get the audience to stand up/cheer more? I've noticed in the last few shows while all the couples are hugging they both sort of wander aimlessly around the floor, It's a bit weird.

Loved all the pro dances tonight.

Fabulous pro dances tonight loved them all!

Andrew seems such a nice man.

I wish Heather would shake her hips more...I've been willing her on for weeks

Oh god that bit with Kenny, Gabby and Matt needed to be left on the cutting room floor though...not amusing.

Much as I love SCD the pro dances are proving to be the highlight of the series for me. Tonight the pros were great again!

I don't know why you're all being so negative about the SCD album. If you piped the music outside the house you'd scare off all the cats, rats, mice, foxes, etc from the garden - to say nothing of the 'chance' callers who knock at the door.

agreed. This year im finding the results show a lot more watchable then the main saturday night show. Im not surpised the ratings seem to be higher on the sunday results show too.

I think the pro jive was the worst pro jive I've seen, Karen and Cutler were the only highlights. Flavia did come off well when dancing with those two.

I love the Logan/Dawson analysis.

I missed the show tonight. What was shown about James and Cherie tonight? Was there an attitude thing?

Absolutely agree with you both. the pro dances are the highlight of the series for me too. Tonights are possibly the best yet of the series, and Flavia / Anton & Vincent / Erin is well up there, with my all time favourite Strictly pro dances. Loved it.

I can't reach Iplayer here. Is it on YouTube?

What did Cherie do?
What did Andrew say?
Anybody?

Maltipom2 is uploading it now
But cherie went in a huff and stormed off, I didn't like it one bit and if she can't face being criticised one week she won't make the final IMO

And Andrew gave a very heart warming speech, thanking everybody, bringing some to tears, and he genuinally seemed to have enjoyed it, what a nice fella

Seriously?! I loved it! I thought it fitted the music perfectly. It was "retro"

Er did I blink and miss something? It looked to me like she was just slightly upset and dissappointed with herself for going wrong again- and probably worried about letting James down.

I really didn't see any storming or huffing going on....

Andrew's speech was lovely but I'm glad he was put out of his misery this week tbh. I loved that Tess managed to put her foot in it again LOL.

Andrew gives his speech everyone claps, the judges stand up and applaud.....all is right in the world..... then Tess turns around and says "Look! The judges are on their feet ...See! Where were they when you needed them" Class act Tess!

She can take any warm fluffy scd moment and sprinkle it lightly with horse manure....yes it is a talent David Brent reincarnated in tall blonde female form.

Very telling - though not clear what.

They had Austin way ahead which has been the story since day one. They then though promoted Rachel to the contender and pointed out what was wrong with everyone else with some reason mixed with some spin.

Thats not the song sheet Len is singing to. It would have been filmed earlier so was it a dfferent plot or didn't things work out as planned.

There's also the Jodie mystery. Jodie is their biggest journey story and Arlene majored on her - but thats not what their marks are showing.

Its odd too because it was perfectly possible to mark both Jodie and Rachel higher given there was no agreement on whether Rachel was exciting enough (Bruno says yes, Len says no) and Jodie's (largely invisible to the viewer) footwork errors were easily ignored if you argued she looked brilliant (or what was on camera did)

I agree about the Pro jive last night, I didn't really recognise it as a jive, a little too retro for me. I loved the dance Anton and Vincent did, it had everything in it, including a big dollop of FUN.

I loved the results show. The professional dancing was great, a lot of fun as well as very good - imo.

Andrew was lovely and his thank you speech went down a treat, he did very well to get that far, fair do's to Ola.

Felt sorry for Heather. I really want to see her let herself go next week.

There was no huffing and puffing from Cherie, she was just disappointed with herself and a bit emotional. Most of the celebs get stressed out at some stage, she is no exception.

Very enjoyable show.

I feel for Heather, for some reason, the GBP haven't warmed to her. I think the more she gets dropped to the dance off, the worse she feels about her performance, so the more she worries about it the next dance around. She seems to dance much better in rehearsal time, much more relaxed, and looser. Apparently she suffers a lot from pre performance nerves when she sings, but in herself, she knows she will give a good show there. Just my opinion, and everyone has one of those
I do think, even though I love Kristina, it's time for John to go now.

It's possible John Sergeant will win SCD. I know it sounds far-fetched to consider it, but his dancing hasn't been that good, aside from one or two early dances. The judges slate his slow, heavy dancing, his partner does most of the moves, and yet he hasn't been in a dance-off. He could be the most popular dancer with the viewers. The fact he hasn't been in a dance-off suggests this. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes it to the semi-finals.
