Alexandras lack of originality.
She just seems very unoriginal and uninspiring to me.
It seems like every week they try and get her to copy some other artist as closely as possible. Allied to that is the fact that there are better and more unique singers in the competition. i.e Laura,Diana, and even though I'm not keen on her personality,Rachel is a better singer as well. With Alexandra I can't help but get the feeling that I've seen it all a thousand times before. |

She's a good singer when it comes to diva stuff but she needs to be really put out of her zone like Diana was last night, i'm not saying change her style but give her a track and make her adapt it to her style, if there's a beatles week as rumored that will be the time she could do that

She is the best singer they have.
She is not a copycat, what people don't seem to understand is that she is AS GOOD as the original singers of the songs. |

now i think alex is the best on a technical level, rachel comes after her in best singing voice BUT alex has no uniqueness..weve seen this all before with leona right?
also she leaves me cold when she performs, good voice but something is definately missing. |

Most energetic with perfection in vocals & Rythemic moves - Alex stands out from the rest. Laura (bit oncontrolled) / Ruth are really good & top in Vocals along with Alex Quote:

There is NO better singer than Alexandra in the competition. I personally prefer someone like Alex myself, I prefer a performer...I mean Laura may have an amazing voice but she can't dance to save her life, but then again that comes with experience. But what I'm saying is that Alexandra is a natural, she has had the same amount of experience as any of the others. Alex or Ruth for the win!

I think the comment made last night about Alexandra's performances proving she would put on a great concert prove that she would be a perfect popstar package.

I'm sure she would put on a good concert, but it's of the type to be seen in Benidorm rather than New York.
It's a singing competition after all, and her voice is not up to the standard of others this year. |

Alexandra is technically the best singer they have and I think she beats Leona hands down. Yes, her style has been done to death but theres a gap in the market for that sort of voice at the minute.
Although I like both Diana and Laura, they are both also seen it all before, but suddenly because there have been noone like them ever on X Factor. |

Well that's your opinion, and we're all entitled to one, but I think you're probably going to find that the general public disagree with you.

Leona is very talented, I'll give her that. But I think Alexandra has a much stronger and more powerful voice than her. Then again I don't even know why I brought Leona up, they both have different styles.

What evidence are you basing this on?
In another year she may have won the competition even. I just think there are some exceptionally good acts this year and she is not as good as others. |

She is too bland and she lacks impact with her performances, IMO.
Lets just say, if she wins, I doubt Clive Davis will be on the phone to Simon. She sings well, but there is nothing distinctive. No big notes, no obviously different vocal style, no clear direction etc. I don't see her as someone that could be a major recording artist. She just doesn't have the X Factor, IMHO. She ought to make the top 4 or so, though. Better than most. |
