I like Helens use of the word 'So' to precede a verb rather than an adjective'.
The normal use would be before an adjective..as in 'You are so lucky'. Helen uses it to precede a verb, as in 'your are so going out of here!'.

Is this use of the word 'so' common these days?..or is it a 'Helenism' ?

The use of the word "so" as in "you are so out of here" is commonly used in the TV series Friends and has been for years.

Yes, "trailer trash" is another USAmerican phrase (approximately equivalent to "rough trade" in Britain), but it doesn't fit either Brian or Josh (unfortunately).
