Hell Yeah! Queen H needs to start Moving On Up the leaderboard. That'll make everyone Proud all she needs to do is to Search For The Hero inside herself and she'll finally have One Night In Heaven. I swear, she'll be a Sight For Sore Eyes on that dancefloor. Someday she'll Colour My Life.

Come on then folks.

Keep this thread going and help gather more support for lovely Heather.

Let's get her 'Moving On Up' that leaderboard.

Bump. I thought her dance off was sooo much better...

I agree Heather had her best dance to date in the dance off, but she just dont do anything for me. Her legs always look wooden and stiff. I think if she partnered anyone other than our American Boy she would be long gone.

I'm sorry to say that I agreed with the last post, that if she was partnered with anyone ele she would have been long gone, and I'm one of her supporters!

She's a competent dancer, she was in a dance-off three times and three times the judges chose her as the better one. But it also means she does not have much of a public support. She said she may wear skimpier outfits to gain a few more votes, but I think she misunderstood how it works, she should have asked Brian to do that

OK, so Heather's benefiting from a touch of the 'Matthew Cutlers' by having the very votable-for Brian as her partner...but she's still not nearly as bad as her performances so far would imply. You can tell she's got more in her by watching the improvement in the dance-off - that cha-cha was ten times better second time round.

I don't think she's going to make a massive technical improvement that'd make her a top contender, but if she could just nail the dance first time instead of waiting for a second chance, she'd be a lot more watchable.

I like Heather and would love her not to be in the dance off next week. I am really hoping she will pull something out of the bag on Saturday - but she may have gone as far as she can.

Obviously John Sargeant (bless him) is a far worse dancer than her and were she in the dance off with him, she would be saved, but what I want is for her not to be in the dance off at all! So come on Heather, move on up!

Arlene has just said on 'Breakfast' that Heather can do but she starts thinking about it and keeps losing it when she's out there dancing. Why else would the judges have kept on saving her and Bruno said that she shouldn't have been in the bottom two.

Her Latin dances are littered with errors, dull and rather mechanical IMO.

Just like to say that I thought Heather looked gorgeous on Saturday. Loved the hair and the lipstick really suited her.

One can say the same thing about Cherie. But whilst one is praised to the skies, the other is mauled on a weekly basis.

Yes I agree ravensborough and that is nothing against Cherie whom I like very much.
It is a pity that Heather seems to have found a niche in the "also rans" category, though people do like her they are just more enthusiastic about others. Cherie has the "older woman" bit going for her, fair do's, she is much better than previous contestants in their fifties and there is a fascination with her. Heather is not that old (40s), not old enough to be "older" and not young enough to be one of the lively youngsters.

Personally I think Heather is a delight and hope that she does well on Saturday.

Yes.

Let's keep her near the top of this leader board.

Wonder if Beyonce will mind being overshadowed by a far more talented and gorgeous singer when she's on the show next week?

Who's Beyonce?

Exactly pickledgherkin. I wasn't bitching about Cherie, but I think that what's good for the goose is good for the gander. I dislike the fact that whilst one's performance is excused with a trite: "It's not your dance", someone else's efforts are torn to shreds. The judges should judge accurately and objectively. If they can't do that, then maybe it's time for a new broom to sweep clean.

I adore Heather in the M People and I love her dancing. Although I am sure she can do a lot more than she has shown thus far.

I so want her to do really well and have been voting for her lots.

Come on Heather...you can do this!

Well I like you too.

I'm starting a new group - The Smallettes - to help gather more support for Heather.

We have to keep her out of the bottom two and help build her confidence.

I agree with all your comments. If Heather just lets go, I am sure she could do brilliantly. If you look at the dance off, it's like a different person has come out and performed it. Good luck, Heather, we're all behind you!

I was a bit dissapointed to Heather last week, but now it's over, I find this thread so much better than the other thread(the new one), which is tried to bitchy about Heather. I think Heather have a strong mentality, how can you still laugh for three times on the dance off, I admire that, she just want to learn dance, nothing else
