Am glad we get a rumba next week and it should be interesting with Austin doing it.

All of them bar the samba will be a challenge because of her height. I hope it is the samba.

Traditionally a high scoring dance on SCD and with all Cherie's experience this should be a walk in the park for her. As long as James hasn't chosen some 'out there' music I'm sure she will be back at the top of the table with the judges hailing a great come-back. Austen's rhumba isn't until the week after next (according to what he said to Tess) btw.

Totally agree. I misunderstood about Austin also. I was looking forward to seeing how he would cope with the rumba.

He must have a latin next week as they seem to be doing the opposite next week.

With Tom doing the quickstep he will be expecting the 10 then!

Seems to be some confusion as to when Austin is supposed to be doing a rumba.

I only made predictions which I posted last night so don't take it as fact.

I agree I'm hoping he makes an inspired song choice like he did with the Rumba.

Huge credit to Cherie if she bounces back and is fabulous after how the past two weeks have been.

His next dance is the Rumba.

I think it will be a hard one for Austin and he knows it. Hopefully he will do a good job. Will be interesting to see how he copes with the slow pace of the dance.

I think next week will belong to Tom & Cherie as they have 2 great ballroom dances to shine in.

yes i agree with that. I hate the rhumba so even though Austin is one of my favourites i cant see myself appreciating the dance much.
I wonder what dance Lisa is doing. Shes been quite high up the leaderboard a few times recently so if shes got another dance that suits her she may shine again too.

I hate the rumba also. That's why I'm interested in seeing Austin do it - to see how he copes with it.

As much as I love John I don't want to see him do a rumba

Tess said "If you get through next week you'll be doing the rhumba" which I took as meaning in a fortnight's time but I think it must mean through 'to' next week given how they hold back telling us who is doing what.

I think its a realy hard dance for men as you have to be so tactile and intimate which is tough especially when you're a married man with kids!
Colins rhumba was probably the best by a male but even that one i didnt think was THAT great.
It doesnt really matter though, if Austin does have a bit of an off week hes very popular so should still get the votes.

I think Austin may find the rumba a bit tough. However, it's come early enough in the series for that to almost certainly not matter and I reckon he'll probably be quite glad to get it out of the way.
Tom should shine in the quickstep but I'm not sure how great Camilla is at choreographing it. As I recall, her quicksteps have tended to be pretty good but not as good as I expect them to be.
Cherie should coast the waltz. Fully expect her to go from zero to hero. However, she's still got some tough Latin dances to come.

The rumba is my least favourite dance but when it is done right, it is stunning to watch! Like Colin & Erin's rumba which was a beautiful dance.

I am slightly worried about Austin but i think the dance has come at the right time for him as there are still many in couples in the competition and if he does have an off day, he will still get through as he is popular.
