I didn't, I made a polite request.

The posts are off topic now

Thank you! This is one of the best threads on here, I don't like to see it highjacked.

Been following this thread for quite some time now.

I get emails each time something is posted and on the last, I don't know how many occasions, I follow the link to find the ongoing conversation about McFly.

Don't mean to be at all rude but it's frustrating to come on here to see the ongoing 'side' conversation

Do some celebs really stipulate 'no eye contact', and if they do how can they possibly justify it to themselves? Do they read about others doing this on their way up the fame ladder and decide that it is a cool thing to demand?

I think they should all be named and shamed - not to mention mocked and pilloried.

I totally agree with you.

I also find it amusing when these 'stars' only communicate with us 'commoners' through their PAs, I mean WTF?

Name & shame them, come on!!

It's only if people pander to their whims that they get off with it. If most of us didn't give a flying wotsit their attempts at self-aggrandizement wouldn't get very far.

They've also been nothing but nice whenever I've met them, and yes I do think they're a charming group of lads. Yes they upset you, but Its something you really need to put behind you, it shouldn't be worrying you now. I can't remember reading when or where the incident happened in the book, so like I mentioned before it could have been anyone - whos to say it hasn't happened several times?”

I agree. It happened when they were much younger and probably immature. It's the kind of thing you would expect young lads to laugh about, but they seem to have matured since then, and to be fair, they never named anyone.

Wasn't cilla black involved with a pyramid scheme which lost her friends in showbiz money?

Saw Tom Pellereau winner of last years The Apprentice at the Clothes Show yesterday on his Stylfile stand. I got shy didn't speak to him lol (should have!) but he was lovely enough to sign our Stylfile. The girls on the stand were saying that the day before he got bombarded with so many people asking for his autograph and not buying his nail files. He looked dazed, tired probably, he was so nice and polite, took the time to speak to people.

Speaking of which, whatever is the world coming to when people in their mid-20's actually write an autobiography? I thought you needed to have been in the business for far longer to get to that stage or achieved something pretty significant, or actually have an interesting story to tell, there we have 4 guys about the same age as me who have written a few mediocre pop albums in about 8 years, are most popular for being "pretty boys" been in and out of rehab and recently needed reality TV to resusitate their flagging careers. Bizarre if you ask me! I don't need sympathy from anyone on here, heck, i can vouch for myself no bother! It's just a case of making people aware of what they're REALLY like, cos no doubt people will have watched shows like Surprise Surprise, Pride of Britain Awards, Comic Relief etc and thought "awwwww what a charming group of lads!" when I can actually stand up and say "er, no they're not!" cos I have the life experience!”

Didn't you write about this on the dancing on ice forum before the autobiography was even published?

John Savident who plays Fred the butcher in Eastenders regular comes into the bakery that I work in . He's never been anything but charming to the staff and customers and when leaving the shop always lets rip with a monster of a fart when heading for the door .

The Wanted really surprised me.. I expected Tom and Max to be prize idiots but were actually very sweet and like the rest of the band took a lot of time and took quite a few pictures with my cousin, called one of my friends to say hello which made her day, AND Tom gave me half of his cigarette so he's my new favourite lol

That's cos I was hoping that any one of them didn't (for me anyway) ruin my favourite TV show by showing up and possibly going all the way (who could forget them invading the floor on Strictly last year, not that I watched it but I read about it, if any other member of the public did that, they'd spend a night in the cells and face a hefty fine) It was after I saw they had an autobio out that I kinda knew they'd say something, and I was proven right!

On a positive note tho I'm glad though to say that the majority of celebs I've met since have been very good people, I like the fact that in the UK most celebs just go about their daily life like ordinary people and no-one bats an eyelid most of the time, unlike in Hollywood where going within a few hundred yards of someone rich and famous means having an enormous thuggish bodyguard manhandle you, don't like that at all.

It seems to me that you've said far more about the unfortunate erection situation than anyone else. Most of us were COMPLETELY unaware of it and now know far too much

Please stop talking about it.

I can't help thinking they seem just a little bit too eager to talk about it...
