They've probably just recruited a new customer service representative with English as there first language.
![]() On a more serious note, I think this more likely to be about the launch of the Hutchinson brand of phones Inq. A cost effective alternative to iphones, RIM and Windows Mobile devices, which deliver the internet to the consumer. Source:http://www.businessweek.com/magazine...4070871620.htm |

![]() ![]() Whatever it is, it's unlikely to be anything groundbraking - campaigns like this tend to be anti-climatic. |

Or maybe customers with good English as their level of literacy

It might have something to do with the new tariff with unlimited calls and texts to other 3 users and 1gb internet.

I'm guessing it is indeed some sort of new phone,it's under 'Mobiles.Coming soon'
Long shot but I'm hoping it's the launch of the Nokia 5800 (the Facebook thing could be referencing viewing contacts Facebook feeds via the homepage, although not a revolution)More likelyto be some sort of 'Facebook' phone by 3 I guess

Its a shame its not going to be a major revolution, like switching between 2g and 3g faultlessly.

It may actually be 99€ or about £60-£70. There are lots of nice little touches which make it attractive. For example, you can connect it to your PC and it installs software to use it as a mobile broadband modem.
Its the first in a range of phones and the plan is apparently to make them available to other operators. |

I hears a rumour that 3 will allow facebook to be free on the 3 network. Great marketing plan as more people will join 3 knowing unlimited facebook comes with it!

I see the pricing on this has been revealed. £79.99 on Pay as You Go with an internet add-on of £5 per month. On contract its free with unlimited internet on £15 a month.
Interestingly last.fm is integrated into the phone as well as facebook, ebay, skype and windows live messenger. Others like bebo, myspace, can be added. |

The Guardian quite like it - http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/b...ecoms-facebook . Looks fairly decent for its price.
