Has anyone had any problems with a U600?

Basically whenever I try to write a text message I am able to write around 10-15 characters before the screen freezes and the phone powers down. I have tried re-booting the phone etc but it still seems to do the same.

Has anyone else found this, if so what did you do to fix it?

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

hi its a software problem.

Turn off predictive text, then ring your provider and get them to send you the update.

Hi thanks for the reply

When you say my provider I presume that would be O2 rather than Samsung?

I am PAYG as well, that shouldn't be a problem should it?

Thanks again

this is a known software issue, usually found on the orange branded phones. phone samsung or click here and look for local support options
http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/se...cationsMain.do

TO GO TO A LOCAL CENTRE YOU WILL NEED POP.(proof of purchase)
