Tyler Florence-Stirring The Pot. Simply brilliant for anyone serious about cooking. I bought it in the States yesterday an it's wonderful. From organising your work space to what equipment you need it is concise and to the point. It also has some great recipes. I don't usually go overboard about cookbooks but this is a real gem!

I turned up today and very nice it is too Mr Wells. There's about 10 recipes in it I want to cook straight away. I'm sure I've seen this geezer on the Oprah Winfrey show.

Since this internet thing took off I hardly bother with recipe books, there's loads of stuff on line (don't always have the nice glossy pictures though)

Oh no I love my cookbooks, in fact I'm a cookbook junkie - hardly a week goes by when I don't buy a new one (or two or three!). I could start a shop with the hundreds that I have. Some I cook from, some I just like to read and look at the pictures
