I think we could be in for a shock result tonight?

The utter no hopers are gone and before the abuse starts John is an absolute charmer. OK so when he's in the bottom 2 he is out. BUT it wont happen this week. He may be bottom of the leaderboard and Heather may be also! BUT the viewers will save John and Heather may be saved by the GBP. SO the vulnerable will be the mid tablers. And it could be any of the others?

I agree... I feel confident that at least one of the bottom two will be a shocker. So in other words not Heather, Christine, john or Jodie, who would be considered to be more likely candidates.

Should be an exciting show.

I am sure John will get a few redial hits in our house! To be honest, when he goes I may stop watching as he is SCD for me this year! OK, not the best dancer but I love watching him!!!

The viewers may save John but they will not save Heather. Unless she is exceptionally good she will be at the bottom, the public just have not warmed to her at all. She's been bottom two every week and if they had their way she would be long gone.

I think this week might be a Gabby vs Penny type of thing - shock result. A more expected one would be John vs Heather with John going although can they save Heather for a fourth time ? I do think that if Heather is in the dance off with anyone else except John then it will be her time to go.

Rachel and Vincente's music tonight is not a piece that is well known or catchy. It was played on ITT yesterday, I've never heard it before! Jason Donoan semed to like it, Kate Garaway's expression seemed to imply that it was unknown to her too. The music matters a lot and if they don't dance out of their sins then they may be lagging behind.

Me too.

Rachel and Vincente already suffer from having no dynamism, a rap song may make their 1 min 30 even more

Kanye West sampled a bit of the song, but the original is not rap.... It's by Ray Charles, not sure what it's called....
Think Len won't like it- not becuase of the music, but because he doesn't like different and R+V seem to be doing a different type AS...

xx

I think they'll be using a version a bit like this- http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=DAvP3eV73Vs

I've heard the music before because my favourite skaters used it a few years ago at an event where Ray Charles sang live. The song's called "I Gotta Woman."

hey ellie Yeah i think your right about it being that song.
I dont think it will be "different" Vincent said himself on ITT that Alesha and Matt did a quickstep AS last year too. Mind you Len wasnt that keen on Aleshas AS either so he probably will be a grumpy sod to Rachel and Vincent.

It's not actually Gold Digger, it's Ray Charles' I've Got A Woman, Kanye sampled the track on Gold Digger.

But I do think there might be at least one shock in the bottom 2.

Hi beanbean!!
I think I'm meaning more the lindy-hop bits than the QS based smooth....! I can just hear him 'all that mucking about'... And I'm predicting that at some point during his commenting on Austin's rumba the phrase 'you're a man's man' will be used!!

In any case, I can't see Rachel and Vincent in the bottom two- I hope not anyway....

Len seems to be grumpy on Rachel so he may criticise the dance and then - gasp, shock - he'll give it 8, maybe even 7! Meanwhile Craig may well like it, if they get it right, and mark it up. When Len marks between 7 and 9 and Craig marks between 3 and 8, you need Craig more than you need Len (unless you're in the dance-off).

Plus, I'd be really surprised if Len doesn't know and like Ray Charles' music. Of course how it will sound tonight is a different matter...

I think the "I got a woman song" could work against them. The Kanye West song is very popular and people at home are gonna be think that can't go with that! Or this isn't the Kanye West song? Well like me... it is new to me but very familiar. When I heard it on ITT it put me off the training which looked very good..... Sorry for my unclear reason.
