I think it's a record actually...going into week 6 with all acts still in tact.

Ya go girl!!!!! Good for her.. As much as people really dislike Daniel and Rachel, neither have ever given THE worst performance of the night. Rachel gave everyone goosebumps during the auditions and can obviously sing very well although her song choices have been terrible on the live shows. Ruth is outstanding. I think she has gotta be my favourite contestant ever. Even her song choices have not been perfect but shes always sung from her heart and shes a fighter.
The sad thing is that Dannii's acts have all got the baddest odds to win and all three have been bottom two at least one. I still have hope for Ruth. She is truely awesome! |

Anything could happen though. One of her acts could go next week.

For the last 2 weeks her 3 acts have been the bookies 3 favourites to go and yet they have survived both times which is very impressive

It is quite strange, come to think of it. The other judges are very good to her, she's had acts in the bottom 2 for the past 4 weeks and they have even saved Ruth twice!
She's probably going to go on a bad run now, though. I can see all 3 of them going in a row. |

LOL, yeah go Dannii!! She's done exceptionally well in a category that generally gets zero return
![]() I think she might lose a couple of acts over the next couple of weeks (hopefully Daniel and Rachel) but I hope Ruth can at least make it to top 4. |

I think all three of them are going to one after the other, starting from next week.
Alex the week after. Diana, Eoghan & JLS in the final. Diana comes third, JLS 2nd, Eoghan wins. That's my prediction. |

Your final 3 prediction is pretty accurate, but Daniel will come third instead of Diana.

Go Danni go Danni! All 3 acts in the final 3rd Rachel 2nd Ruth 1st Daniel. Cheryl quits in disgust, Louis does a Pete Waterman on Pop Idol and says he'll never appear on it again. Simon Cowell announces in future he'll be too busy doing American Idol but if Sharon Osbourne, Nicky Chapman and Neil Fox want to be the next judges on the X Factor with Danni they're welcome!

![]() The bookies odds though are not realy representative. The odds just reflect the way the money is going. Its a small market and doesnot reflect the voting public as a whole. The people that tend to bet are those that strongly back their favorite. |

Danni's had a terrible press over this years show & it's an utter disgrace.
If you listen to her comments they are ALWAYS constructive whichever act she is talking about & unlike Tweedy there is no fake sincerity or 'everyone like ME' thing going on. Also she is the ONLY ONE who ever refers to technical work she's put into her artists during the week, regarding vocal register etc & pitch changes. The rest are pure bluffers. Danni has ALWAYS suffered in comparison to her 'beloved' sister, despite being a much more proficient singer & as a 'no bull**** Aussie' she doesn't make herself into whatever the press/programme makers want her to be. She is actually a lovely lovely girl & would be worth twenty of any of her fellow 'judges' believe me. |

Spot on Trev.
I wouldn't be surprised if she walks away from the show after this series to be honest. The constant 'snipping' from Walsh & the media saying she's getting all uppity about Tweedy getting more airtime (which is total rubbish btw) is starting to get on her nerves & she doesn't need it. It's a shame if she decides to walk, but I wouldn't really blame her. The producers really dont have a clue as to who their best asset really is. |

How she still has 3 acts in is beyond me. Rachel, Daniel and Ruth are all pretty weak acts. I think the 2 best are Alexandra and Diana.

She's the GRAFTER in the judges collective, the others are purely ego trippers. |

True - but all her acts have been in the bottom three - Ruth twice. IMO she hasn't got a prayer of getting a single act through to the final ...

If people start crticising her because of the 'talent' the producers give her to work with, they really are missing the point.. Anyway, like I said, I think she's just about had enough of it as it's becoming a bit of a pantomime..... |
