Broken BOUGHT DVDs how to copy
matt.b
13-10-2003
I have bought the Still Game DVDs from the BBC over Amazon.

Both DVDs don't play but episode 1 on each DVD. After writing the BBC i only got an answer of we can not do much about it. A friend had also problem playing them on a TV attached DVD player.

I therefore decided to make a back up copy.

I can read all the DVD on my computer DVD drives and I have a DVD writer.

How do I copy them without spending more money?

I think UK laws say you can legaly make a personal backup copy for your own use. So i think we should be ok talking aboot it here (T's and C's here if anyone wants to read up on DS rules).

I use CloneCD to make copies of media. You should be able to find a 30 day trial on their website.
