Sounds impossible, doesn't it? But someone has come up with an idea!

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=92175040295

Help us make pop music history!

Austin was an exceptional talent in X-Factor, a great voice, great looks, great personality, a star. In short, he had the X-Factor!

Louis Walsh (for reasons known only to him) decided to boot him out, so that Austin may disappear into the wilderness of X-Factor oblivion forever.

But here's where our cunning plan comes in.

Austin released a single a few months ago called 'Happy Now'. If all Austin fans organise a mass download of his song, and boycott the official X-Factor winner's song, we could get the rightful winner to the #1 spot for Xmas.

But it's not going to be easy.

What we need is to make the track available to download on iTunes, and generate a mass publicity drive so that everyone knows about it.

It is up to us. We need to contact local and national radio to get the song on the air, and get people behind us.

This could be huge!! Help be a part of it.

Please help raise our profile by emailing national radio stations and asking them to play Austin's song and back our campaign:

If he can't get past week 4 of the X-Factor then he's hardly going to generate enough sales for X-Mas Number 1

He doesn't have the x factor. It's been a week. People should get over it.

Yawn!

Wouldn't it be refreshing though to see a song at No.1, which was actually written by the performer!

Oh dear god I would rather mr blobby be at no1 before him

Some song suggestions for him
Crying (Roy Orbison)
Tears on My Pillow
Dry Your Eyes

And besides Cowells contract wont allow him to do this

I wasn't an Austin fan - thought his voice was nice but didn't really like him as a person. After seeing the good grace in which he accepted his defeat I've sort of changed my view of him (probably in contrast to the little oik leaving the week before). Anyway, good luck everyone with this.

The contract surely only stops him releasing any new material. This song has already been released

The x factor single is pretty much guaranteed to sell 300,000+.

What makes you think Austen even has that many fans, let alone being able to get enough to download the song.

But you need to know when to call it a day. Look at the artists that survived him. He should be concentrating on his Big Brother audition in January.

The music police must be informed without haste

I don't know why Louis is getting the blame. He was just the last of the judges to vote, and it was the public who failed to vote in enough numbers in the first place.

Who says he even needs fans - maybe the song is actually good?? Once the song gets some air-play, people don't have to be besotted by someone to like a song and buy it.

Austin's got as much a chance as anyone else to get there and he has loads of fans so fingers crossed

Even then it's not going to be enough to topple X factor. Look at the single sales figures week on week, from established artists with massive fan bases and tons of airplay, completely pales into insignificance compared to X factor single sales.

The song was released pre- X Factor, with no promotion, so a very clever way of getting around the XF contract!

Thanks for that. He seems like a genuinely nice guy!

Those are just the words of the person who started the group!

Who says he even needs fans - maybe the song is actually good?? Once the song gets some air-play, people don't have to be besotted by someone to like a song and buy it.
Very good point and the song is actually good!

Why would he want to go on BB?! People that go on there are talentless wannabes and Austin is the total opposite to that!!
