I think Craig's message was "Don't vote for any CHAR CHAR CHAR unless it's as good as the number one latin dancers in the world".

I have to take issue with Craig on one point: Like him, I look for the dancing but if I wanted "entertainment " in the sense that most of John Sergeant's apologists use about his performances then I would buy a Norman Wisdom film on DVD. And if anyone finds Bruce Forsythe remotely entertaining then I depair.

I'll remember that when Rachel, Lisa, and possibly Cherie do their char char chars. Tom's already done his. Jodie is not one of the 'chosen few'. Not sure if Christine is one of the judges' real favourites, nor which group to put Austin in at the moment.

Well, according to Craig!!!, the public are doing it all wrong! Perhaps the public should not vote and just think how much money Strictly Come Dancing would lose!! They never tell us at the end of the season how much money was made, only the percentage they donate to charity. I can never understand why we cannot be told exactly how many votes each celeb got, in this computer age it should be so simple to provide the statistics. Come on Judges, you are so far up your own b.....!! Honestly it is an entertainment show and John is pure entertainment!! I was shocked to see Rachel and Vincent in the bottom two!! Amazing, they were gorgeous, fabulous dance and clothes!!

Can Craig be more inconsistent and self contradictory? Why do they always invite the judges to give them plenty of chance to explain their self-contradictory? Craig is the worst, he always say one thing on Saturday, than say he mean another thing in other shows.

Craig comparing John to Michael and Joanna is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What a stupid thing to say. John or any of the celebrity dancers for that matter should never be expected to compare to a world class, internationally renowned dance couple, as they could never be as good...which is perfectly understandable!

I need to watch this first but those pros made Alesha & Matt's cha cha cha look pretty tame.

What a daft thing to say! I didn't enjoy John's cha cha cha on Saturday night, granted, but to compare him with world champions?

It all comes down to the fact that the viewing public LIKE John and Kristina and pick up their phones and spend money voting because they want to see them next week.

On the other hand obviously not enough members of the voting public care if they see Rachel and Vincent or not. Certainly not enough to make them phone and vote. I wouldn't presume to hazard a reason for this, I vote for my favoured couple every week whether they do the best dance or not.

This sort of thing happens every year, the judges moan every year. Personally I think we should let the judges score if they really want to but not count it and just leave it up to the public to decide who they want to see carry on.

Trouble is most of the judges think of us the public as people who don't know what they want and need to be told by our superiors i.e them.

Craig's comments on Saturday were no the ones that got up my nose - it was Uncle Len telling voters how they should vote - it came across as sending John and his voters to the naughty step. Craig though should have learned from the Gary escape, never give a one - it guarantees a safe seat.

I will wait and see the clip of Craig (thanks for the description though), but a preliminary view is that telling people not to vote for John is not a wise move either.
