Has anyone had experience of the BT Home Hub Phones. I have a model 1010 which was the first and not very good, and would appreciate any comments on later models 1020 for original hub or 2.1 with new black hub. I want to upgrade and would be interested in hearing any comments.

1020 - as per the 1010 with a black and white screen.
2.1 - updates to GUI but effectively the same.

if it wasn't v.good - what was the problem ?
did you report the problem to the helpdesk ?

They are all good when speaking to another hub phone.

They are not so good when talking to a standard phone.

However, they do the job.
