large mp3 track needs splitting!!

i have a large mp3 file (300mb) which consists of 3 cds.where can i get a program to cut it down automaticaly without me putting in the size of the track or how long an idividual track lasts for? thanks

So far as I'm aware they all require manual intervention to determine where the tracks end/begin, but I've found
MP3DirectCut
to be very easy to use.

mp3splt
will split files via CDDB info, cue files, manual settings, or it can split on silences which might be what you are after.

No probs, it's a handy tool.
It's open source too which is nice, in fact I included it in some software I wrote ages ago.
