Isn't "networking" just another word for "pyramid" when it comes to selling ?

I always thought she was the most idiotic Apprentice candidate, and this seems to prove it.

Her arguments made no sense. All semantics, and typical of her performance on the show.

I actually think she might so foolish not to even realise in her own mind that it is a pyramid scheme! I'm not sure she has the nous to be a true shark.

Also wondering, has she set-up a 24 hour hotline in case her "networkers" suddenly find themselves out of pocket?

The item starts about 20 minutes in, Lindi is interviewed in the last few minutes, she does not see the problem, or accept that it is pyramid gifting by another name.

gn1, this has a report on the story, shame the BBC is not as generous as RTE.

The way she is using it, perhaps. But normally in the business world, "networking" doesn't imply a multi-level sales organization, it just means cultivating relationships with people in other companies and industries who might potentially be useful to know later.

Here are three, who aren't, but sic transit gloria mundi - That silly Sara with the high-pitched voice, who reckoned she was a hotshot barrister (no dear, a year at daddy's expense taking easy exams) is now doing facials in Leicester and reckons the downturn will not affect her!

For you maybe. For the rest of us it's a big pile of debt and hours of work.
